Terms of Sale: AI visibility report

2. What you buy

A one-off report on how often four AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity) name your business when buyers ask them for a recommendation. Each question in your report setup is asked three times on each assistant, with web search on. The report shows how often you are named and recommended, your position, which competitors are named instead, which websites the assistants cite, and what they say when asked about you by name.

You set up the report for free: your business details, the buyer questions (we draft them; you can edit them) and optional competitors. Nothing is charged until you pay at checkout.

3. Price and payment

The price is shown before you pay: €20, including VAT where VAT applies. Payment is by card or another method offered on Stripe's secure checkout page; we never see your full card details. You receive a receipt by email.

4. Delivery

The report starts as soon as your payment is confirmed and usually appears in your account at aeo.t4tangerine.com within about ten minutes. It stays in your account until you delete it.

5. Starting straight away and your right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract for services. Because the report is produced immediately, we ask you at checkout to request that it starts straight away and to confirm that you understand you lose the right of withdrawal once the report has been fully delivered. We record that request with the date and time.

6. If we can't deliver

If we cannot collect at least three quarters of the answers (for example because an assistant is unavailable), the report is marked as failed and your payment is refunded in full automatically. Refunds usually reach your card within 5–10 days. If anything else goes wrong, email us and we will put it right or refund you.

7. What the report is, and what it isn't

• It measures the answers the assistants give through their official programming interfaces at the time of the report. What a particular person sees in the ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Perplexity apps can differ, because the apps personalise answers (location, history, memory).
• Assistants answer differently each time, so results are a sample: the report shows each rate with a range.
• It is a measurement, not a promise. It does not guarantee that any assistant will recommend you, now or later.

8. Your information

Your report setup and results are stored in your account in the EU (Amazon Web Services, Frankfurt). To produce the report, your buyer questions are sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Perplexity, and their answers are read by an AI model. Please don't put confidential information in your business description. Payments are processed by Stripe. See our privacy policy for details and your rights.

9. Liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability for a report is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law, or liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Law and complaints

These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. For any question or complaint, email najmanaaz2002@gmail.com; we aim to reply within five working days.
